Rosanna M. Salcedo has been an educator for more than twenty-three years. She is currently the Dean of Equity and Inclusion at an independent school outside of Boston, MA. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College, and Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is a first-generation Latina of Dominican heritage, born and raised in Washington Heights, NYC, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to her work as an educator, DEI consultant, and personal development coach, she is the mother or two young adults, and a self-trained artist. Rosanna's creative endeavors include painting, writing, and storytelling. She has performed multiple times on the World Channel's, Stories From the Stage, and co-edited two anthologies, Voices for Diversity and Social Justice: A Literary Education Anthology, and Talking Back and Looking Forward: An Educational Revolution of Poetry and Prose.
