Coaching
Rosanna offers coaching in several areas: Educational leadership, personal development, and storytelling. Her background in psychology and human development, and her experience as a teacher and school administrator have endowed her with the skills and aptitude to work with others in a formative and supportive manner, leveraging the best in every individual.
She is especially interested in working with women and founded Spirit, Sand, and Sea, a personal growth and wellness company that offers one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and retreats that provide women with the space, time, and guidance to engage in self-reflection - a necessary practice for integrating experiences, and achieving authentic personal growth.
Rosanna is also an experienced storyteller who crafts talks and presentations with impactful messages that center diversity, intercultural learning, and awareness. She enjoys sharing her love of writing and storytelling with emergent storytellers and professionals who want to develop this skill for more effective leadership, and partners with Stellar Story Company.
